If it’s Victorian and has a hand motif, it’s probably coming home with me. Antique cruet and castor sets are common enough, but when’s the last time you saw one with a hand motif? This cruet set dates to the last quarter of the 19th century, is made of silver plated metal, and has an unusual motif at the top of a hand gripping a rolled up paper. Sometimes you also see this motif with a hand holding a bar, occasionally featured in the iconography various labor & workers’ rights movements. The cruet set has two bottles for oil and vinegar and a salt and pepper shakers.
Refer to photos for size and condition: The stand measures just under 12” tall and most of the silver plating is still in tact. Some minor dings and scratches here and there from handing over the decades. Some flaking to the metal tops of the shakers and one crystal stopper has a chip on the part that sits inside the bottle. As you can see from the photos, it displays very well. All the bottles look to be original to the set. Ships free within the US, fully insured.

Be advised that there's no way for us to know on our end what your customs fees, if any, might be: Shopify doesn't calculate or charge international buyers for customs fees at checkout.
