Beautiful Victorian capelet made of black twill with silk lining & grosgrain trim & dramatic black lace. Measures about 16.5” between the shoulder seams when measured flat, fully closed. Best recommended for a small. Condition is mostly good with some holes in the lace, fraying to the lining, & a lose hook. Some fading to the black dye from age. Displays beautifully. Would be suitable to wear with just a little TLC.
Shown on a size 10 mannequin with a jet necklace from my collection that is not for sale. The antique belt is available in a separate listing.
