Victorian cockade fan with a black lace pattern printed on the paper and an unusual tube construction: The fan is supposed to fold inside the silk-wrapped handle. I have a similar fan in my collection that uses a string to retract the fan, but this fan doesn’t have one. I presume it’s supposed to come out the hole at the bottom. You may be able to fold the cockade back into the tube without the string, but I am going to sell & ship it as is.
