One of Aubrey Beardsley’s greatest accomplishments: The fine detail of these Alexander Pope illustrations and the quality of the prints are both just exceptional. First and only edition of this rare and highly collectible slice of fin-de-siècle English decadence. All illustrations including frontispiece are present. Book is in very good condition with some very minor bowing and foxing, as shown. Green publisher’s cloth with gilt decorations on the cover.
