This dramatic Edwardian fishtail skirt would have been part of a full ensemble with a matching bodice. If it were just slightly larger, I would have kept it for myself! It sits high on the waist, fits snugly through the hips, and flares out at the base with a fishtail shape and long train. (52” long in total) It even has a little grosgrain band sewn inside the bottom of the hem so that you can easily pick up your train as you peacock about. Condition is nearly perfect save for a 2 pinholes near the right thigh & at the hem. The crepe-like texture of the fabric is quite forgiving & these will repair easily.
